Behind the NameDecades aren't background.
They're the difference.
A career built across nine countries, three continents, and four Australian states.
With 26 years of hands-on experience spanning residential sales, buying, negotiation, prestige property, development and investment, Gayle brings something genuinely rare to every transaction: perspective.
Deeply established in Sydney's north shore — and not limited to it. A trusted advisor whose reach extends well beyond a single postcode, shaped by decades of work across global markets.
GLOBAL GROUNDINGGenuine Insight Into Buyer Psychology
She has lived and worked across the UK, Europe, the US and four Australian states, and represented clients across London, Switzerland, the United States, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Singapore, China and every state of Australia.
That breadth gives Gayle a real understanding of buyer psychology and lifestyle — insight that shapes every negotiation.
Global StandardFirsthand Experience at the Highest Level
In 2007, seeing a gap in the market, Gayle founded her first agency — an award-winning, all-female business, and the first step in a career built on backing her own judgement. Her trajectory has since included principal and ownership roles within the world's largest, prestige real estate brand, giving her rare, firsthand experience of property at the highest, global level. Almost all of her business is referred, the natural result of clients who've had reason to trust her once and choose to partner with her exclusively. By design, Gayle works with only a handful of clients at any one time, so as not to dilute her attention. With Gayle as your advisor, decades of experience and a genuinely personal standard of service go into every decision — clarity, discretion and care, from the first conversation.
Community Involvement
A committed advocate for women in business, Gayle has spent years supporting causes close to her — including as an auctioneer for Cancer Council Australia and Hands Across the Water, and through her ongoing involvement with Women Chiefs of Enterprises International, where she served as a State President.
